Music for Peace
When we stop fearing our own inner lives we will stop fearing each other and will then be not only willing, but able to live together in a peaceful world. Music is a universal language.
Playing for Change brings together musicians from all over the world to help us remember that while we are enriched by our differences, we share so much. Please listen, dance, smile, enjoy. Allow the music to take you inside to your inner knowing and deep connection with self. There you will find the courage to look at yourself not with fear and criticism, but with curiosity. You will learn to free yourself from the bondage of the past. All this will be yours when you dance like no one is watching, let the music move you. When you learn you can do this within yourself, you will connect more deeply with others from a peaceful space of strength, confidence and joy.

As a therapist I'm privileged to walk for a while with many on their personal journeys. Here I will share what I've learned and continue to learn along my own path, including lessons from personal experience and the teachings of those who grace me with their trust, courage and honesty. Because many of our experiences are universal you may recognize yourself in some of the ideas presented here. Most importantly, when we live in the present we choose who we are today and how we live.
